Your safety and the safety of your loved ones is, and always will be, our top priority. We offer contactless payment so that your presence is not required at the dealership and money does not exchange hands. Our vehicle disinfection service will ensure the surfaces of your Audi are properly cleaned before you even press unlock and last, but certainly not least, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service so that your Audi is collected, checked, repaired and returned to your home. 3. How can I purchase an Audi in the current situation?

Our websites are all functional and feature the latest product offerings. You can register your interest online and a consultant will reach out to you directly to discuss all available options around the model of your choice.

4. I am unable to reach somebody at the dealership. When will they be available again?

If you are not able to reach someone, please email us on customer.care@avme.ae with your details and we will arrange a direct contact as soon as possible.

5. My car is due for service – how will this affect my service package and overall vehicle warranty?

If the necessary service work cannot be carried out in a timely manner due to limitations of dealer operations, the service should be completed with the local Audi dealership as soon as reasonably possible and once normal operations resume.

The vehicle warranty will remain valid until the required service is completed on the condition that the service was not delayed for reasons solely attributed to the vehicle owner (e.g. owner did not bring car in time before expiry of warranty) or not related to restrictions on dealer operations. Each Audi dealership will prioritize overdue service and maintenance work once normal operations resume.

*Please note that the submission of a claim/repair request by itself does not constitute an acceptance by the authorized dealer and/or Audi Volkswagen Middle East FZE that the vehicle’s warranty applies. Acceptance of applicability of the warranty, if applicable, shall be communicated separately by the respective authorized dealer.

Please ensure you have written confirmation from your Audi dealership regarding the delayed service of your Audi in order to ensure continuity of warranty.

7. Can I still drive my car if my mandatory service has not been completed, due to the fact that the dealership cannot support?

Please consult local government authority rules with regards to movement restrictions during this time. If allowed to drive, and if there are no dashboard warning lights present you can continue to drive the vehicle if the mandatory service is overdue and cannot be completed.

If your Audi shows a dashboard warning light, please refer to the description in your manual. If there is a red warning light or you are concerned about safety, please do not continue to drive your car and contact us immediately:

8. Does CoVid 19 delay the work carried out on my car?

The workshop opening status is different in each market depending on the latest directives and actions from each Government.

Please contact us directly to confirm the current expected lead times (which are always subject to change due to updates by respective government authorities).

9. I would like to address my concern directly to Audi Middle East. How can I do that?

10. Might there be delays to spare part deliveries?

In general Audi Genuine Parts deliveries continue to be reliable, and our sales centers always keep an appropriate number of parts in stock. Please email us on customer.care@avme.ae for further details and the latest stock status availability.

11. My warranty is about to expire and is there an extension provided by Audi?

In case your Audi Manufacturer Warranty or Audi Extended Warranty expires between the 1st March 2020 and the 31st May 2020, Audi will extend the warranty periods with 3 additional months.
In case the extension of the new vehicle warranty overlaps with the beginning of the Audi Extended Warranty, the start of the Audi Extended Warranty will be postponed.

We would like to point out that this unique offer is being made by Audi, free of charge due to the Covid-19 situation.

Note:
The mileage restriction of any Audi Extended Warranty will not be extended.
The above extension does not apply to Extended Warranty offered by external partners.

12. How can I maintain my car while it is parked for a longer period of time?

In order to avoid battery drainage and to recharge the battery, we recommend to drive your Audi for at least half an hour in your own parking lot or while going out to buy essentials by getting the required permits (where applies).

If you have multiple cars in your household, we recommend that you rotate the usage of the cars when going out to get essentials so no one car is standing around for a long period.
Another tip is to minimize the usage of (A/C, Radio…etc.), while moving the car as the car will be parked a few days before it will be moved again
